Mentioned below are some of the key projects I worked on as a Design and Foresight Strategist at my previous employer WNS Global Services.

WNS Global Services (NYSE: WNS) is leading digital and business process transformation company with clients across 10 industries and 13 countries. 

Design Strategy and Research

• Led the service design workstream, facilitated co-creation workshops and produced a service blueprint as a part of the re-launch strategy of a leading airline.

• Led user experience strategy and user research to co-conceptualise (along with the WNS Data Science team) an AI-powered predictive risk management platform enabling revenue protection for a large ad-tech business.
  

• Conducted user research, produced process maps and helped a leading insurer identify critical insights and problem areas in their end-to-end accounts receivable process.

Futures and Foresight

• Set up the Strategic Foresight capability, developed a 4-stage futures/foresight toolkit with 10+ customizable frameworks and activated foresight strategy for clients across Insurance, Hospitality & Travel.

• Led an 8 member cross-functional team through a strategic foresight engagement to create strategies for ‘workforce of the future’ for a $64B insurance company. Mapped 100+ mega-trends & insurance trends, created future scenarios and back-casted to introduce innovative strategies for surge and talent management.
  

• Developed 20+ utopic & dystopic visual scenarios, conducted PESTLE analysis, mapped insurance & mobility trends, and led a team of 10 through foresight workshops to develop ‘insurance claims journey of the future’.
